Break out your U-Hauls! It’s called Moving Day for a reason and this years’ Masters lived up to the hype. From a day being 6 strokes up from just 2 players, Rory had unfortunately what I would refer to as a “Classic” 3rd round for him. After moving past his nemesis 10th hole, I thought maybe he would turn his round around but he struggled with his consistency from there-on and was unable to keep pace with two huge rounds from other players in the field. He still sits atop the leader board though this time not alone.

Cam Young shot an unbelievable round of -7 to come from behind to match McIlroys’ leading -11 going into the final round of the weekend. He was not alone though. Scottie Scheffler also posted a huge -7 as well to pull within 4 strokes. Shayne Lowry had the weekends first hole-in-one on the 6th hole and posted a great round to stay in the hunt only 2 strokes back. Now there are 12 players within striking distance – 6 strokes – a distance yesterday thought to be tough to catch. Of the top 9 players only 2 shot over par.
As always, this tournament never disappoints. Whether it’s an outright leader throughout the whole tournament or a series of significant swings creating the drama we all know and love, it is why the Masters is and always will be the most exciting game of the year. Green Jacket is on the line tomorrow, who’s will it be!?
